CPR Real Estate Solutions, LLC is a local family owned real estate solutions company based out of The Villages.  We focus on helping homeowners like you find solutions for your problem whether you’re going through a foreclosure, can’t sell your property, or just need to sell their house for all kinds of reasons.

Our Personal Story…

We started in real estate in 2012. In 2007 we retired and moved to Florida with a new house and car, no debts and $1,000,000 in income producing assets. By November of 2008 those assets dropped $400,000 and our retirement dreams evaporated in the crash. So we understand the financial hardships that people in foreclosure, divorce or bankruptcy are going through. We also handled 5 probate cases before we left Virginia (most good, one a two year court battle). When you’ve been in and out of court trying to settle an estate and are fought at every turn by “the ugly step-sister” , when your mother gets horrible phone calls in the middle of the night, you learn a lot about probate. For those reasons we specialize in working with homeowners experiencing these same situations. We have felt that pain and can understand yours.

We take pride in providing real estate solutions to any individuals or families that need to sell their house.  What we enjoy most about real estate is problem-solving.  Every situation, every deal is unique.
