All right, in this case the seller was asking me what kind of agents commissions do I have to pay? Well, if you have listed your property then you’re going to either be paying a 5% or 6% commission to the listing agent, all right, so that’s normal real estate transaction. However, I can tell you this, I am a real estate agent and I will negotiate my fees. I’ve had several this year where I have negotiated them less than two and one half percent.
